I think the advise you gave to her is the best, if she is not okay with his looks, then there is no need going ahead to marry him cos is a mindset in her and is even worse if it is already a stronghold. Issues like this can't be corrected by advise but personal conviction. But if it is still on the peripheral level then she should consult good articles that will go a long way to change her thoughts. Most especially if she loves the man and is ready to settle down with him.

Just like you said, we should rely more on God’s guidance when it comes to the choice of a life partner. If He guides us, He knows better than ourselves what we need and He will see us through, in all aspects including $€X; especially if we choose to honor Him in that area before marriage. Now, I’m not saying that for everyone it will be easy and great right away but relying on the Holy Spirit guarantees progress and enjoyment, if only we would allow Him to work in and through us.

Hmmmm! Sex is all about mindset not d sizes, u may have bigger and not enjoy it, let her prepare herself for her marriage and stop tasting it around, u have somebody that love you and God made his thing for only u yet u are complaining of sizes may u not fall into a wrong hand then u will know that marriage is more than sex.
