I trained as a Registered Veterinary Nurse at the RVC. Its so nice to hear someone speak so highly of somewhere that feels like home. Aroura is in the best possible hands, and will not only have the absolute best care, she will get so many cuddles :D best of luck to her, and hope she gets better soon!!

This was an emotional one for me. Animals being ill really is the hardest part of that companionship. My poor baby (who's not so much a baby as a 14 year old medium-large dog) had a bleed in the brain earlier this year and while he's doing ok, he can't walk properly anymore. He's been in my life since I was 6 and we know that because of his breeds (staffie, border collie and possibly lurcher) he doesn't have that much time left. I get emotional when I see anything about pets now!
Just have say thank you for supporting vet students!! Being a vet student myself is quite nice to have some like you support vet students. I hope Aurora get wells soon! High calcium can be cause by multiple of things so hopefully the vets can get to the bottom of the problem!!

She'll pull through 😺😻 I've had similar experiences to this myself and its not easy, but our dear kitty family members always pull through and do their best for us! If she's still in I will go and give her cuddles (she'll be getting lots anyway!). My cat died in June and I miss her sooo badly. She was 13 years old and was part of the family. she was the sweetest creature i've ever met in my life. I felt so powerless when she was sick cause i was taking care of her, took her to the vet and nothing was working. It was so sad. I felt guilty, like i should have done more for her. it brings tears to my eyes just to talk about this. cats are the best animals. I know how much you love yours. and I truly hope she'll be fully recovered, cause it hurts so much to lose our little friends. xxx
I never received my signed pioneer pack/certificate :( Never mind! I'm convinced the postman stole it ;) Hope Aurora gets better soon! Nothing worse than taking your pets to the vets and having to leave them. I worry constantly till they are home. x

Tom, if buzz ever asks for banana pancakes again then make him some vegan pancakes just using a banana, porridge oats and milk (no eggs!) mixed together and made like normal pancakes and they taste amazing !!

I sadly lost my cat in April, she was almost 16! We reckon there was something iffy with her kidneys as she became really thin at the back and just wanted to sleep all of the time. She eventually stopped eating and would only drink water, so we took her to the vet and we all decided that the best thing to do was to put her down! I still get upset about it and I really hope Aurora pulls through and gets well again! X

We have this little jar (childfood jar) with candy for our cat. So when we shake it, he comes. Where ever he is. Inside/ outside. It works!
