Then, to get Goob, you need to get 1750 Ichor and complete 3 out of 6 masteries for Scraps. I suggest using Rodger for research, since he doubles it, meaning that instead of 1% from Capsules and 5% from Encounters, you get 2% from Capsules and 10% from Encounters.
