In April its Spring season. Temp will be pleasant, around 12 to 18 Celsius. You don't need thermal wear for this temperature. Jeans and Top with a Jacket (similar to Indian winter) is enough. Take sweater/ hoodies along. I would suggest you to take only 1 jacket for initial days and buy Jackets from Russia. You will get plenty of varieties in jacket and of good quality that you will never see in India. The rates are same like India plus you get better quality. Rain is expected but not like india. mostly drizzling so keep an umbrella too
