@@giovaniprodan3Yes, the resin bezel is bulging and there is a little gap where the g-shock is written. And I'm not the only one. It's not affecting the functionality of the watch but all the debris enter under the bezel. Casio realized this and release this metal bezel version. But right now I purchased the citizen promaster land 35th anniversary edition ana-digi watch with a great MIP digital display, the mudmaster from citizen.
@@giovaniprodan3Good question, sorry for the late answer. I have the mudman gw-9500 for more than a year and I observed that the resin bezel started to deform at the 12 and 3 clock positions near the baro button. I think casio is aware of this, and released this metal bezel version. I already purchased this version presented in the video, because I cannot find the TLC version. They released some nice versions, in collaboration with earthwatch, inspired by an owl, but it is a limited edition. So now I'm happy with this version. Maybe I will sell the other one, but I want to search for a metal bezel first.
I have the orange -gray one. Will you please tell me that the straps is so tightly fitted with both side of the lugs or slightly loose? When I pulling it vertically, it's little bit loose like. Is it normal or mine is faulty? Please share your opinion.
@@AlexMcKinley-us9kcI have both versions now, and it is a very tiny difference, almost invisible. But I recommend this metal bezel version since the resin bezel on my older one started to deform at the 12 and 3 clock positions near the baro button. I think casio is aware of this since they released this metal version. If you work in dirty environment all the debris enter under the bezel and it's annoying.
I got this watch when it first came out it was a pretty heavy duty watch definitely the one I'd be stranded on an island with lol
@@intergamer1 Heavy? I don't think so. It's really lightweight. I tried already heavier. But for this price are really great.
I was saying "Heavy Duty" like is in tough 💪

I dont like the glare off the crystal should have anti reflective coating itherwise a great watch .
Great watch, I have the older version with the resin bezel, I'm looking for the TLC version which also have the metal bezel like yours. 👍👍👍
why. if you already have a good watch, why get this one just because it has another type of bezel?

Your English is pretty good
@@petarkos3689 thank you, I try my best
I read somewhere that this model has improved screen visibility to the older version with the resin bezel. Is this true ?
@@AlexMcKinley-us9kc I don't know because I don't have the old one. Sorry
@ no worries, thanks for your reply.

Why did you choose this version over the cheaper GW9500-1?
