Sorry, maybe I don’t understand something about food, but forcing yourself to taste cheese and lobster is bad manners. Why not take aged hard сheeses - Emmental, Pecorino, Cheddar, or, as a last resort, Parmesan - with bright dry wine. These three tastes extend life for a whole year. I'm from Italy....I don't like fish, especially delicious seafood, with so many sauces, cheese, etc....They spoil the real taste of the flesh, of the sea..... I love it boiled or grilled with just some salt and lemmon/lime on...That's all....

Hanno dei frutti di mare e del pesce a dir poco "fantastici", ma , secondo me, da Italiano con cultura "mediterranea" , li riempiono di "pastrocchi" che annientano letteralmente il sapore primordiale dell'elemento base..... La cucina Cinese, in molti casi, si salva, ed in molti piatti è molto buona.... In linea di massima anche le altre si difendono (Thai, Vietnamita, ecc...) ma sono molto speziate e piene di salse che non avrebbero ragione di esistere.... Comunque....bisogna fare di "necessità Virtù "...😅😅😅 Buone cose...
