The Piaggio Avanti is extraordinary and it's the safest private jet even in the most unusual attitudes and configurations.
That is WAY TOO MUCH for a short range aircraft, that cannot be customized for long haul travel. When buying an aircraft for this much money you have to be able to fly far if needed in order to encourage a purchase. This is low selling aircraft compared to King Air for that reason.
Love the styling, only an Italian could have styled this. Like a flying Ferrari.
The kingair 360ER cost 8,000,000 and carries 15 passengers which is more for the buck especially with better range

If the range was more like the king air 360ier this would be a perfect business jet. The range is far inferior to other craft in its segment.
