Mp4 should work just fine because the browser support it, but other format not sure, Nextcloud is not meant for video playback

Good video. I've only recently learned about nextcloud and what it offers. If I was to offer nextcloud to other users, is there a way to make this remote so people can connect to my nextcloud server? Is this offered within nextcloud or is this something I'd need to set up via cloudflare or something along those lines? Thanks!

Yes, User management and File sharing is done with Nextcloud, but to expose Nextcloud to the internet, you need to either setup a Cloudflare tunnel, or setup an Nginx reverse proxy with port forwarding on your router.
I plan to do some videos about it very soon, so stay tuned

@ I use both cloudflare and nginx so that next video will be very helpful for me, thanks!

Hi, what version of TrueNAS you're using here? My NextCloud app v:30.0.3 look different :( and I get an error at the end...

I used DragonFish (24.04.2.5) when i installed NextCloud, but then i upgraded to the latest stable version of Electric Eel (24.10) and it still works just fine. What kind of error you got ?

@@TheHardwarek3r Strange thing, I had to delete Jellyfin instance from my TrueNas - It's possible there was some conflict in the Docker instances. And had to purge all older image containers (No big deal - I'll get the rest back no problem) Thanks to this, NextCloud installation was completed successfully (it didn't want to install before - unfortunately I didn't save the errors) And as a curiosity, I did not set any special permissions for Dataset - the installer replaced them itself. So it works now. :) I just can't figure out what process is writing some data to the disks every few seconds ~4s. (I'm using zRAID5 for UserData, and the rest is on BootPool, including "ix" containers). Something is clearly communicating because I can even see network traffic.
