I saw today a guy pulled a 1 of 1 Jackie Robinson auto out of this. Looked awesome. But you're right. If you don't pull a card like that you probably aren't coming close to your money back

Absolutely stunning cards. That said, if I were to venture a guess, the Julio base /199 is a 2x profit on the cost of the box. Witt maybe a break even card. The simple math rough estimate would be you’ve got a 1 in 80 (give or take) chance of pulling any of the extended set base rookies. Obviously there is the more remote chance of pulling something even more valuable, but all things being equal, it seems you are better off spending an equivalent amount on flagship products and SSP hunting knowing there is plenty of other value within those far cheaper products. Or else get yourself some Triple Threads.

Love your positive attitude about this product but you have to admit a bad deal when you got one. I don't see how to justify the price per box with what's available for sale on the resale market already. Thanks for showing them.
Heads up if you're sending in the gold framed cards to be graded ...its hard to pull a 10. Lots of problems with the gold frame itself. Check out the video I posted today.

These cards are primo. Very rich quality. Not so much fan of any of these metal framed cards since there debut several years ago in any product. But those Chrome cards are worth it alone
I like the base cards a lot. The gold framed autos im not a fan of. They look like transcendent frames, and I guess they just don't do it for me. That base set tho is very nice.
Not sure if it's worth $500 but do like the framed autos. Whoever did the design did a great job. They look like they need to be displayed for others to see. Not something you stick in a box and never look at again
Seems they get you with the HOF auto just to get you to buy it. Not worth much cause they are older when they sign, as it would be. Cards look great tho.

Unless you are pulling a Babe Ruth or Mickey Mantle or Ty Cobb or Honus Wagner autos, none of these boxes that are $500 and up are worth it to me.
If you were pulling those, the boxes would be 5k. And folks would still complain about the price, no matter the return.

Actually, in 1996 Topps put out an NFL Gilted Edge set. I used to have them all. They weren't very limited, but still hard to find sometimes.
