It' s impossible to please everyone in the same time. And it's no wrong to offer a bit of history lessons for each culinary delights. It's not verbose but informative and interesting, to be honest! Keep it up, Elmo, I love your way, particularly your Malaysian Cantonese! After all, a little bit of long winded is harmless.
Mr. Lee, I'm a big fan. I have watched, liked and learned new things from your videos. And you are not wordy! So, please continue to make fun, informative and entertaining videos. Thanks
Yes, I absolutely agree that u always give your best for every single episode ... U go the extra mile to even provide some valuable info. Infact, I am more interested to hear what u got to say, more than the food itself. I just feel I am reading a well-written essay! Greatly impressed.
Bravo Uncle Elmo, I liked your food vlog very much..very detailed and your effort to taste the same food from many stalls..Thanks & will continue to support!
i am astonished that a simple dish can be so complicated . So many variations with some many ' add-on " options ! What you said is true .. the simpler the dish the more complicated it is . Again thank you for highlighting all these hidden gems. Please keep the videos coming ! Thanks Mr Elmo
great effort Elmo. I love your work ...do not worry about lower viewership. those who watch certainly value you work very highly. 1st time i see people talk about economic bihun too. bravo

Yes- nice , informative and a great video on Economy fried Bihun. As always - good introduction and great editing too. If I'm not mistaken, Tomyam Bihun was introduced much later after the traditional fried Bihun, yellow mee and keow teow as part of the economy Bihun main cooking dish. Just a thought - if an episode on Peranakan Nyonya dishes could be on your future list of videos. Thank you Elmo.
Hi Uncle Elmo. I love your videos alot. Not only I can know where got good food eat but also I can learn the history lesson of the foods. You are the BEST! and an example of dedication to the work you do. I love economy fried meehoon and was pleasantly surprised that you did a feature on them.
I recommending you should try 'kang le you tiao' @ Taman Connaught. I'm not a fan of economy bihun but their economy Tom yam bihun is the best (which made me addicted) with lot of flavors esp very generous with lime leaves & lemon grass. Other than this, the prawn fritter & you tiao is soft inside & crispy outside. Please try and review.

this lorong empat penang bihun stall, got a google maps or not? cant find it
Let get me back 2 u. Do u hv a email add
Penang Char Bee Hoon is the best place to get your fix,(breakfast, lunch and dinner)
Elmo, keep it up 👍💪
Every morning I'm sure need to have a plate of economic fried noodles
That the taste of Malaysia that I could not feel in other nations
wow. more places to try. Do you have recommendations for nonya babi ponteh?
Thanks yee but not familiar with this dish

Thanks mate but taste is v subjective that’s why I can’t give a rating and as for prices it varies week by week.
I thought we pronounce pasar as 'pa sak' and not 'pak sak'.
That's how I pronounce it from young. Anyway tis word is borrow from bahasa so u can't find in chinese dictionary
no standard pronunciation among different area. living in KL since 70's and 'Pak Sak' is what we say

The vegetarian stall in Kwai Sun is very expensive
Guess u r right coz I paid RM4 for my bihun with egg
