Yeah! I actually only noticed that there was an Octoling once the match started, specifically when the Octo icon appeared on the screen at 0:32 😂 I was in a voice chat with the friends I was playing with and I was like UHHHHHHHHHH OMG 😂
we went from no octolings, to this octoling, then octo expantion came out and they became octolings, now by splatoon 3 and everyone became octlings, The End

I’ve tried this out now, and it changes you back to an Inkling when you enter Octo Canyon. I guess they’re making Agent 8 stay in their lane and not do Agent 4’s job 😂

One day when i was playing splatoon (1) and in my team , there was a hacker which covered the entire floor with bombs INSTANTLY!!! (extra information: round: turf war. Bombs: dunno. When the hack started: when the match was starting.)
This is just my opinion but I honestly think It could of either been someone from Nintendo or it could of been someone that was asked early to test out the octo expansion

Plus, I think you would know or they would've told you they were an employee of Nintendo (Btw this isnt meant to be rude or offensive, just sharing my thoughts on the matter)
