My poor son's future ex-wife has falsely accused him of assault after SHE attacked HIM. She wasn't arrested because her 14 year old daughter lied and told the cops that it was her that attacked my son, not her mother. It was both of them, actually. Luckily for him, she's not too bright. Somehow, injuries showed up AFTER the alleged assault and she tried to claim it was from THE incident. That didn't work, so she showed up to court with even newer injuries and also posted those on Facebook. She posted her own evidence AGAINST her claim. When this finally goes to court, they'll have no trouble being able to show that the injuries she's claiming my son did to her, occurred well after the fact. Also, she's been arrested twice, for assaulting him in the past and both times a weapon was involved. His lawyer told him this is his "dream case". Also, the injury that showed up on her face, later, was on the right side of her face, but should have been on the left side, according to her statement. Also, she claimed that he also punched her daughter, but her daughter told the police he never touched her. They didn't have enough time to get their stories straight before being interviewed by the police! He didn't know, until reading the report, that his dog bit her. He was so happy to hear that his dog tried to help and he believes that's probably what made them stop attacking him. He never got to see that dog again, though. Loss of Consortium as a claim can include absolutely anything that partners can no longer provide to the relationship as a result of the supposed damages caused by the subject accident/tort. It's a total BS misconception that it only includes sex. As a matter of fact, those claims are nearly always filed citing loss of physical intimacy AND a dozen or so other things (emotional or physical support, household chores, etc.) I've been a paralegal for almost 25 years and it drives me crazy when people talk about Loss of Consortium claims like they only include sex. It's one of those things that gets blown out of proportion and people think it's funny so they make up stupid scenarios like the one in this video. I Lust Wanted To Play Like Now Prenups can be thrown out of court pretty easily. For a legal document that is so expensive, you would think that a contestation of signing under duress would do far less damage. If the opposing lawyer says that the prenup was signed under duress, essentially the person was being rushed to sign or being distracted while signing or several other ways, then the prenup is invalid and you own a very expensive stack of absolutely useless papers. If you don’t want to risk losing - at best sometimes - half your stuff, stay single. If you have to get married, either sell everything you had before the marriage (this is called clean slate and is perfectly legal) and rebuild your lives together, or give everything to charity and travel until a new lifestyle strikes your fancy. Those are legal choices to make that your SO can’t use against you. Giving to a charity can also be something as simple as signing ownership to a god/grandchild and then being the warden of the property or company until they are old enough to run it themselves. Other person can’t touch what isn’t yours, no matter how much responsibility you hold - only on what you owe. Let me get stupid wealthy before my second marriage, my god kids will be set for life and I’ll just run things until they are old enough to make do.
38:00 That means nothing in Iowa. A few years ago, there was a big tornado that uprooted one of our trees, causing it to land on our neighbor's house. Guess who had to pay for repairs? Not us, that's for sure. In Iowa (or at least in Marshalltown), the person who pays is the person who is affected.

For the Evil Mom who STOLE THE COLLEGE MONEY! What I would do, is have her sign a contract that I could get the money if I moved in anytime before I turned 18. To be fair, make it say I have to spend at last 24hrs. Move in with her a couple of days before 18th birthday. BOOM! She technically gets what she wants, I barely have to deal with her, AND I'd get my college money. ALSO: That woman was one WICKED TERRIBLE PERSON!! I mean that is AWFUL T_T
5:23 i mean... technically he owned the house at the time, and i dont think theres any laws against destroying your own property right? im not a lawyer, so i could be totally off base, but it seems to me he didnt technically commit a crime, unless thatd come under some form of contempt of court or something like that
When my ex and I went to mediation, she originally wanted all the house, full custody, the cars, etc. It took 12+ hours for me to get them 5/14 days, less than half the equity in the house, the car, and my own things. Now, when she asks me to do something, I usually say okay, but if I ask her to do something, she sends me a screenshot of the mediation agreement and refuses to budge. Welcome to the world of divorce after an emotionally abusive relationship.
This is why my partner and I have a kind-of notarized prenup. I have no inklings that we will ever split, but there are things of theirs that are not worth anything in terms of money, but are absolutely priceless in terms of what they mean and I have things with similar value. So if we ever go our separate ways, we have a piece of paper saying I get to keep my grandmother's mixing bowls and I will not lay a finger on their childhood stuffed animals or their pet rabbit.
If I ever get married, I would have a strict set of ground rules, and video tape the discussion between me and my spouse. Whatever is purchased with joint accounts, WILL be split between us, as that is both of our funds. Whatever is purchased with our personal accounts, WILL NOT be up for splitting. I really don't want kids for a while until I'm certain that the marriage will work out, so that shouldn't be an issue, and pets should be a joint custody thing, unless my spouse has no interest in having to take care of the animal. Vehicles will be split to who the car is registered under, and if it is under both of our names, then we will share it depending on what type of car it is and how far apart it is. If i don't really like it, we will get is registered under her name. I really don't understand why these divorces can get so messy. Just act like a fucking adult for once. And this is a young teen saying this, and I am probably the most immature person you will meet.
In another life I was a legal secretary. Woman who has custody of the children came to us to try to get $300K in back child support. Husband was a wealthy doctor who lived in one of the most expensive zip codes in our city. Long story short we got her $300K. A week later she calls us & she's scared to death bc ex threatened to kill her. Forced my boss to give the money back. 😞
Two different threads had that same story about that guy who jumped out a window with a beer. One from that guys attorney and one from someone in that same office.
Probably. That's the thing about Reddit, a lot of these stories are made up, and since truth can be stranger than fiction, it can be really hard to tell who's lying and who isn't. Some of these are so outrageously out there, however, that it's kinda obvious. Like I said in another comment just above this one, Reddit is pretty much just one big game of "Snowflake, Satire, or Sock?".
“If it’s on your property then it’s your tree” that’s real convenient considering the property taxes that everyone has to pay. Nobody owns shit. If I have to pay just to own property then maybe they should take away a tree now and then

The ground beef one reminded me of thist story shared in my mom's divorce, prop remember as it was one of the few happy(?) ones. Guy cheats of his wife of 15+ years and then files for divorce somehow getting the house that they both put money into. (how? if I had to guess he did this bs where once the guy deciedes he wants to divorce and marry the mistress he starts locking the current partner out of funds so when he does file she can't get a good lawyer. This tended to work in this group as most of the women did work either due to young kids/homeschooling or had not been able to get a job due to a, moving so much around for his work or b, not being here on a work visa like husband so couldn't work. also while prop very illegal how is she going to sue? She has no money and maybe a shit lawyer) So before she has to leave she had a nice big dinner of shrimp and stuffs all the shells into the curtain rods. Ex couldn't get rid of the smell no matter how much he paid to professional cleaners, so he offers it at a discount to her, think he can pawn in off on her without her knowing about the smell. She buys the house and new curtain rods.
A LOT of the first group is just evidence to why we need to restructure divorce court.

Can someone from Muricaland tell me why in the story at 3:55 the mother won the collegefund eventhough the kid lived with the father? How is that even possible???
I have no clue.
A judge who is an idiot. If the story is accurate.
Our country has a fucked up justice system
All hail phoenix 💯
"well that's your opinion" honestly something I'd say
54:18 I will never forget when my sister and I took our Dad to Long John Silvers for lunch and a few hours later he had a heart attack. Even though it's been a little over 7 years, I can't bring myself to even drive along side one without being disgusted.
There's a joke about an engineer who is sent to hell, and makes a lot of improvements, such as jacuzzis, air conditioning etc. Then it's found the man was meant to go to Heaven, and St Peter is sent to reclaim him. Satan refuses, and St Peter says, 'We will sue you!' Satan laughs and says, 'Guess who has all the lawyers!'
4:45 you should have moved in like two days before you turned 18
Wtf why would you put down a dog 🥺
iiAesthetic Bxtchsii
Whatever it takes to hurt the ex.
Woman scorned and all that.
Spite.
36:40: "videotaping this crime spree was the best idea ever!"

what happens during these investigations? what do they do that is so bad that the lying parent admits to lying?
Megan Bastable they make the child unconscious and then check through their genitals with probes and cameras looking for evidence and it’s very painful
No tax break in the world could convince me to marry.
Good idea, also that spares the rest of us from, well, you.
Always get a prenup. Always
Heyward Shepherd what? What’s not worth what paper and why? Please include detail
I Lust Wanted To Play Like Now
Prenups can be thrown out of court pretty easily.
I have to study lawyers for my school elective.
1st story... you go girl...😁😁😆
I'm sorry what? They put the dog down??
Chaotic Doggo ye we going on a crusade
I would do something really, really bad to her in a very sneaky way, someday. That is so sickening. I would be beyond devastated if such a thing happened to me and my dog.
Victims compensation: if you are a victim of mesothelioma you may be entitled to compensation
You can't have me laughing with the "Susan you bitch" part and then hit me with the "my mother abused me" right after
I work at a factory, we make like 70,000-100,000 a year. So many people with divorces where they have to give up half or all of their pension work there until they die.
good video, inspired me to make similar content
That woman that put down the dog should be absolutely slaughtered for that. That is quite possibly the worst mistake you could make when going through a divorce
16:35 this one really makes me mad my mom has CRPS from her creek down and has to take enough meds to kill a horse to function and because of people like this she can’t even get unemployment
I like lawyer stories :3
Some of these make me sad (mainly the divorce stuff) I really hope that karma comes back to this a*holes
0:26 Hearing this AI narrator laugh is a nightmare
hahahahahuh
@@wowjennawow I can hear this onr.
Harvey Birdman is the best attorney to ever practice, prove me wrong....
Sovereign Citizens are part of a buddy cop show.
38:00 TREE LAW!! TREE LAW!! TREE LAW!! TREE LAW!!
From nuclear physicist....to pizza delivery. Wow.
Blasphemy from a judge is not ok.
5:23 i mean... technically he owned the house at the time, and i dont think theres any laws against destroying your own property right? im not a lawyer, so i could be totally off base, but it seems to me he didnt technically commit a crime, unless thatd come under some form of contempt of court or something like that
40:55 Conversely, a man was able to sue god and win and proved jurisdiction due to god's omnipresence.
Whoever put that dog down is a whole nother level of cruel. Theres a special place in hell for them.
WOW 1 hour of Lawyers absolutely wrecking clients I'm assuming 2 hours will be way too much.
I like the line read of 'characters' at 0:35:32
This is why my partner and I have a kind-of notarized prenup.
1:91:41 shouldnt that be evidence that that person is not competent to stand trial? if they cant understand the proceedings??
wow that 70 year old principal is petty lol
I think the worst part of all of these is that you can go through an entire roll of scratch off tickets and not win a penny
This video should be called "not a lawyer but"
I clicked back on this video and the TTS was at the end of a sentence so it just said "Bruh" and I fucking lost it
Omg the Dread Scott case story was honestly way to funny
*too
Two different threads had that same story about that guy who jumped out a window with a beer. One from that guys attorney and one from someone in that same office.
I’m a simple man, I see ace attorney, I click.
The legal limit for DUI/DWI on a breathalyzer is 0.08BAC so no, people do not start to die at 0.05BAC. Yes 0.30BAC is possible.
What kind of Vet would put down what I assume is a healthy dog? How is that not animal abuse?
I’d sue for malpractice
0:50 why the dog he had nothing to do with it
I worked at Mental health several years. We had clients who were sa victims. They didn't sedate them to investigate and 8 out of 9 cases bs
In life, "law" is something you can break if you have money.
11:19. doesn't that count as malpractice or something?
@@WobblesandBean "Snowflake, Satire, or Sock?"? Never heard of it.
“If it’s on your property then it’s your tree” that’s real convenient considering the property taxes that everyone has to pay. Nobody owns shit. If I have to pay just to own property then maybe they should take away a tree now and then
5:00 At least he still has his male privilege!
If anybody put down my dog like that ... it would be on sight
Yea that was cold.
21:22 sounds like sovereign citizen case to me
What the heck!...! Killing the dog! Craz
0:43 why though? why??????
12:29 that is a sick thing to do.
Honestly the one about the people accusing of SA when they’re talking about the “investigation“ legit crap was going down at my house and they came up with crap and my mom is one of those moms that I’m finding out is more normal than not that lies to protect the husband it doesn’t give a crap about her children and so nothing came of it soWhen they talk about how SA Accusation being so terrible it literally isn’t because they can’t even get the real people that do it
Haha take pitty on my client he's soon to be a orphan.
*pity
My mom has CRPS and this makes me so mad we went to court and do we get any help nope mom my had to give up her dream to be a nurse and my dad had to get 3 jobs. When we were at court the are lawyer said it was the easiest case he had ever had
Matthew Santoro said the 1 cause of divorce is money and someone wrote most of their rich friends who had pricey weddings divorced
I don’t plan on being rich or married I’m just throwing stuff
If the legal system involves turning a nuclear physicist, into a pizza man, though I like pizza, I think there may be a massive problem.
I think the "Jesus Defense" is brilliant. I'm using it!
I thought when dads gave up their rights they didn't have to pay child support ? Atleast that's how it works here in Australia
Stopped after the deranged mother, I won’t fall down this hole tonight
You should have kept after the divorse stuff thing got pretty funny.
I enjoy these videos but it drives me crazy that "No" is read as Number and "Ft" is read as featuring. I'll get over it though.
'once the box is opened'. who's box? Pandora's?

Susan you beach dont pee on the flowers
I was taking a sip of water when I got to that part. Oh god, my nose 😂
Not sure how it costs $2000 a month to be divorced
For multiple children's child support maybe?
Well, I'm never getting married...
She has no money and maybe a shit lawyer)
So before she has to leave she had a nice big dinner of shrimp and stuffs all the shells into the curtain rods. Ex couldn't get rid of the smell no matter how much he paid to professional cleaners, so he offers it at a discount to her, think he can pawn in off on her without her knowing about the smell. She buys the house and new curtain rods.
I clicked cus I know what the thumbnail is... L O L
“Not a lawyer” >:(
