  • I joined my friends Leah and Elliot to speak with them about their latest development project. Not only have they undertaken an ambitious refurb but they have also found a way to legally let out a property on a residential mortgage. This new strategy could be a game changer.

    Hallelujah!!!!!!!!!!! The daily Jesus devotion has been a huge part of my transformation. God is Good 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌was owing a loan of £47k to the bank for my son's brain surgery(Samuel). Now I am no longer owning after I invested £6500 and got my payout of £290k every month, God bless Sandrina Edmondson 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

    Can i ask what the stamp duty was? I imagine 3% of £178,000 as I believe they state they own another property. Therefore additional property stamp duty unless you sell your other residential property within 3 years swapping it to this one. Im keen to know if someone could advise please. Ways round S24 and the additional stamp duty payment have been promised by many but in most cases ( aware there are some exemptions) HMRC disagree and you pay ! I'm looking at investing in more properties but the 3% stamp duty is painful.

      The issue is most people have the “I want to do it myself mentality” but not equipped enough for a loss, so they get burnt, no offense intended. Generally speaking, investment advisors are ideal reps for investing, and at first-hand encounter since the covid-19 outbreak, my portfolio has yielded over 300%, summing up nearly 7-figure as of today.

      Not quite the tax treatment shall revert and FHL’s shall receive the same tax treatment as normal rental properties

    • @camadone1214
      @camadone1214 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      It hits privately owned FHL, but won’t impact SPV held. However, big issue coming is Gove’s announcement that local authorities can insist that planning change of use from C3 will be required for holiday/short term let’s. Much bigger issue than tax changes and most landlords totally unaware what’s coming.
