Coconut oil!!!!!! Hair moisturizer, skin moisturizer, mouth washing/oil pulling... like... it’s great. But the like fresh stuff. Cold pressed and unrefined. Also, Aveeno positively radiant daily cleansing pads. So good. I need to try skin oils. 🤔 Thanks Jos.

And I’m only slightly jealous because this has been the year of having a baby, nursing, then basically immediately getting pregnant again 😅 so my body has not been my own for very long this year 😭

instead of getting sugar bear gummies (which are expensive & contain dyes) an alternative is plain Biotin. CVS & Walgreens usually have BOGO sales so you end up getting 2 100+ pill bottles for like $14. Lasts me almost a year! My hair is super delicate and tends to fall out a lot and I have brittle nails. Months later I'm loosing less hair & my nails are long & strong! :)

It's like you two are getting prettier every episode! Lily, the extentions look amazing, and that is the perfect lipcolour for you! Joslyn, I got my first grey hairs at 27, and they showed up as this white patch on my hairline right where my hair parted. I'm 38 now and last time I had my hair done, it was cut before adding the dye, and a part which is super short (almost half the head) was silver grey. I don't feel that old, not yet! 😂
