The dog in my grand father house started humping on my old puntured football. He definitely isn't the smartest dog and I don't know where is picked it up from as we never left him in any dog care center. He used to like interact with a female street dog which my neighbour was temporarily taking care of, although they are seperated by the main gate of the house.

The dog facing north thing is legit! I lived in an apartment and my dog would take forever to poo. I read an article that mentioned the north thing, walked him to the northern part of the property, and he'd go within a few minutes. Worked like a charm every walk after that!

Dogs humping isn’t for what Rhett thinks it is. Usually dogs will hump for dominance reasons or to relieve anxiousness, stress, or for attention. It’s the same reason why dogs destroy things. Separating dogs or putting them in their crate can help these animals when they start doing this. Researching is always best though
