Ingredients
Pasta -200gm (1 3/4 cup )
Onion -2
Tomato -3 small
Garlic -6
Ginger -1 small
Green chilli -2
Salt -1 tsp or accordingly
Sugar -1/4 tsp
Chilli Powder - 1tsp
Turmeric Powder -1/4tsp
Coriander powder -1tsp
Water -1 cup
Tomato Ketchup -5 tbsp
Cheese - opt
Method
Take 200 gm of boiled macroni pasta. Cook for 8 - 10 mins. Strain the excess water and keep aside.
Take a pan and add butter and oil mix. Heat it and add garlic and ginger . saute it well. Add finely chopped onion. Saute well. Add 2 green chilly finely chopped. When the onion is brown in colour, add turmeric powder, 1 tsp of chilly powder/ Kashmiri chilly powder and coriander powder. Saute well on low flame. Add 2-3 tomatoes and cook well with lid closed. Check the salt. Add some hot water. Let it drain. Add ketchup according to your taste. Add some water and let the sauce mix well. Check salt and add some sugar. When the sauce is blended well, add the pasta. Mix well. Add cheese. Mix well.
