@@TheTEN24 Walks is still on base. OBP of .500 is Roided up Bonds level. And you get a guy who is used to seeing 95, adjusting to 75 when expecting 95 is a tough start.

I knew of a college guy who only had 4 pitches and he only threw about 84-88 mph tops. He was a roommate of mine in college many years ago. Slider, curveball, and 2 seam "fastball." He also threw a knuckle ball on some outings when they were up in score. Don't limit these guys to 90mph. Just sayin.
BTW, maybe have a vid on trying to hit famous MLB knuckleball pitchers. Grab some college batters who have never seen that pitch. I'll go and load up on popcorn and smelling salts for that....
Yeah…this dude threw 75 max though. There’s pitchers in the bigs that throw 88-89 with a ton of movement and great placement. This kid threw 75 with a horrible 50mph curve. They’re trying to make entertaining content and that kind of pitching isn’t it. On my 13 year old traveling team literally 10 of us threw 75
No you can’t talk shit saying “ I 95 tHrOw” and sit 20 mph slower then what you said and on top of that can’t consistently throw strike
Plus on top of that his off speed was horrendous and flat with the exception of that cute little 50mph loopy curveball at his age he should be topping out 78-79 to low 80’s ,at 16 I was low 80’s mid 80’s and to sit there after claiming you throw 95 and your goal is for roll overs???? Come unless you have amazing off speed and that what you focus on but again he doesn’t hit the weight room and do long toss this kid was clout chasing

17 at upper 70s isn’t even good velo either, I was never a pitcher but 3 kids on my high school freshman year team were at that speed and none of them are playing now like 8 years later, only 1 of the 3 played college

I played in the NWAC had rotator cuff surgery before my first official season, topped 84 on a good day but 65 percent of my pitches were curveballs and knuckleballs and when i threw a 82 mph fastball after 5 straight knuckles, looked 92 to the hitters
