He can't be in two rings at once to fight every mandatory challenger at the drop of a hat. We all know he has a good chance of cleaning out the next division after he is done here and no bookmakers are going to disagree.
I think the Murodjon Akhmadaliev fight for Naoya makes the most sense if he wants to fight in the US again in Las Vagas at Super Bantamweight after two easy title defences which I think he should do as there's a couple of bean pole weight bully's in the Featherweight division such as Rafael Espinoza height 6 ft 1 in with a 74 in reach and a record of 26 wins (22 kos), but the Nick Ball fight would be immense.
Picasso with the Mexican fanbase make more sense for a Vegas return that'll do better numbers. That fight got Morales, Barrera, Marquez talking about it already. But due to Goodman who was mandatory for 2 belts before MJ was for 1, pulled out for a tune up after they agreed to fight and then getting cut twice, we got what we did which halted Inoue's plans for 6 months. If things go to plan, we'll see Inoue 3 more times this year, with him ending the year against Ball in Saudi. It's way better than most fighter who fight once or twice a year. So we just be patient and see how it unfolds.
