Dad and I went fishing at one of our favorite rivers! We fished for anything that would bite. This river is full of fish! We caught trout, smallmouth bass, sunfish, rock bass and fallfish. I used a white EuroTackle EPF grub on a small jig to catch fish. They were crushing the grub! Can't wait to do some more river fishing!

FishHawk quick question, how do you determine what bait to start with ?
I just start with my favorites and if they don’t work I switch.
@@FishHawk so do you stay on the same hole/water and change baits or move on? How do you know when to give up on a bait if you don’t get bite right away or fish a decent stretch of water?

I don't believe it! Not even one Brown Trout in the whole bunch of fish that you caught... which is an oddity, being that Brown Trout usually like warmer waters than Rainbow Trout do. Here, though you seem to be catching Rainbow Trout left and right!

im your experience do stock trout not hit spinner as much as dough type bait since thats what theyve been fed?
I catch tons of stocked trout with spinners. But if they aren’t hitting spinners you can always switch and try something else.
