:) the last week of my contracts class, someone raised their hand and asked what exactly a contract was. We all had the same question. Needless to say, the E&E saved my butt, taught me all about offer and acceptance. And, the night before the final I looked at my notes, and never once was there a formal mention of "acceptance." :) That's the problem of starting w/ remedies...
lol I was the 3rd one called on in my Contracts class, 1st day. Almost passed out. Unfortunately my class was nothing like this one. No one raised their hand!!
Haha Contracts was my very first class of law school and the very first person called on the first day hadn't read the case... everyone was so scared for the kid. Good times.
