  • Hey, thanks for joining in! In this fitness video, we have PF Trainer Teddy in the 30-Minute Circuit where he’ll take you through a full-body workout. This workout was designed for everyone, and can be done in-club or at home. If you’re making this a home workout, Teddy will provide you with modifications, so you can get the most out of this workout video.
    To warm up, Teddy will have you doing thunder claps, windmills, and more. Once you’re all ready to go, you’ll be doing a series of simple exercises like shoulder presses, squat walks, butt kicks, and more. Trust us, you’ll be feeling stronger in no time! After that, Teddy will take you through a cool down routine and end the session.
