Not even a Chiefs fan, but regarding Justin Watson and Juju Smith-Schuster, I completely agree that having them as 5th and 6th options in the passing game is an absolute steal, and that's what they were supposed to be entering the season. What I would like to point out tho is that, precisely because they are 5th, 6th or 7th options I don't believe they are gonna see much play time in a playoffs environment.
Seth, I love how you throw in faith in Christ when you get those opportunities. I love hearing another brother in Christ share, especially in contexts outside of the typical. Much love from one pastor to another, and I think fellow Baptist, lol.
I am so excited for this WR room. The thing I worry about is we never got a chance to allow the offense to evolve with everyone here. We won’t get another chance if something does not work and they lose. No chance to see the different ways they can use the WRs or maybe even if they wanted to try different approaches to RB usage with Hunt and Pacheco. I need an alternate reality where the RBs are the focus and we can see what they can accomplish. I just wish we got a 8-10 game sample to see different experiments.
The Chiefs are a stronger team than they were the last time they played the Texans. Can you say that about the Texans? Watson was the best recovery for the playoffs. If we get to a point in the game where running is needed Humphries will line up as tackle and Tuney will rotate to guard.
Seth’s opener was on point. All the fans that are over cocky isn’t the move. The ONE time I had that arrogance we got rocked in the Super Bowl. Who on earth thought we were losing to the bengals up 21-3. One day and one play at a time. Let’s got get this 3peat, but let’s just breathe and take it as it comes
I also got cocky before the Tampa SB. The one and only time as a Chiefs fan of 40+ years I got cocky and guaranteed a victory, lol... Should've known better.
As someone who listens to this on bluetooth in my car, Im gonna need yall to be a balance between Nate and Josh, Im begging you. Nate, I need you to move closer to the mic and Josh I need you to be on the opposite side of the room from it. My poor ears, turn up to hear hear Nate and Josh comes on in with an uppercut to the eardrums.
"Neesh"! Yes, "neesh"! -- you guys just absolutely never fail to impress -- I do believe you may be the only sports commentators I know of whose pronunciation does not stay stubbornly bad forever -- so impressed. I am convinced that some day, you will all get Chenal, too (just think of his nickname in college "No. 5" - as in: "Every woman alive wants *Chanel* No. 5" ;))
They played not even a month ago, and the Texans have looked worse, not better, since then. "Any given Sunday" and all that is at play, of course, but this is looking to be exactly like last year's Divisional game against the Ravens: an overmatched team that knows they already did a more than respectable job for the season getting beaten by an actual SB contending team.
Man i love this channel.

You guys have me me hyped and expecting a 45-0 rout (while acknowledging that it will be a 24-23 last second W)
As someone whose comments defy social media norms for brevity, I completely appreciated Seth's "Other Guy's" article.
48:24 It's an embarrassment that Mahomes is not even in the conversation for MVP

Football and theology… two of my favorite things.
The Oline rotation was clarified by a follow question to mean just practice.

Jesus Christ he meant rotate them at practice, for media members I’d think you guys would have been able to pick up on that
Nate's bits are so UNfunny... They're almost sad
Getting so tired of it too!
People are people. Let em be and move on. I think not giving a fuck is an admirable way to be.
Just an absolute obnoxious turd, how people listen to this ill never understand
Boooooo, I like them. 😊
I could see how it might be an acquired taste.
