    In 6:09 there are two mark, a line and a "T" mark. Wich one is the correct al PMS?.

    I have a great doubt, I bought all the malossi kit, cylinder, piston, head, valves, springs etc, and also ordered the polini camshaft.
    my doubt is, the polini camshaft and completely compatible with the whole malossi kit?

      polini camshaft fits with malossi cylinder kit and malossi cylinder head...plug and play

      @@limenix1022 It fits to the head when you mount it. But what about valve clearance to piston?

      @@diesdasa of course it fits..there is plenty of space between valves and piston top..i have lowered that space to gain more compression

      Thats good news. I am currently building an gts 300 engine with this parts. I measured about 3mm of valve clearance to the piston.

    Hi, I also did put the polini camshaft in the malossi V4 head. But after just 30 kilometers the camshaft and rocker arms where totally destroyed. It looks like the valve travel is limited due to the valve springs. How did you fix this problem?? Any help would be really appreciated

      did you put it on malossi cylinder or stock piaggio cylinder?
      valve travel is not limited, it all works fine without any modifications

      @@limenix1022 I put it on the malossi cilinder. I rotated the engine before starting by hand. I noticed it was very difficult to rotate, espacially on the intake side. But I went driving it anyway because i saw some people with the same set-up. I quess malossi did put shorter valves in my head or something. The maximum travel posibility of my stock head is 1,3mm more then the malossi V4 head I received. Very weird

      @@michaelbaars7459 there are good and bad rocker arms and you need to mount the polini valve springs. I built a few engines with exactly this setup and it works fine.

      @@diesdasa You need indeed the polini valve springs of shave the stock ones. After I did this, everything works fine:)

      cranckshaft and connectiong rod are stock piaggio...i'm looking for something stronger, because stock connecting rod is weak spot of this setup

      to je 300 i.e. mašine sa vespe gts..
      set up mašine je gore u opisu..
      kubler kit je u biti orginalni piaggio 300 klip i cilindar i modificirana radilica od quasar 300 mašine da paše u leader blok tj. da paše magnet sa leader mašina na krak radilice.. (u kitu se dobiju još i brezoni i fazni lanac od 250/300 mašina)

      Does malossi 282 aluminium cylinder with a nicasil lined bore (Ø 75.5 mm) gives a lot of power if compare with stock cast iron 278cc (Ø 75 mm)? I have kubler kit with piaggio cylinder 278cc. My cylinder is worn out and now I need to buy new one. I have one idea: to buy piston + rings from 282cc malossi cylinder, bore my worn cylinder (0.5mm) and voila! the problem is that rings from malossi are for nicasil and i think that they will eat stock cast iron surface of the cylinder
