The entertainment industry for one...is a beast to deal with and has fed us a bunch of crap which makes us forget what we are truly about. It’s not just West Africa! I was born in New Jersey. My family is from the United States, but any, and every time I encounter someone from Ethiopia they start to speak to me in Amharic!!!! so much so that I started to learn the language because I was embarrassed by being American and black and people from Africa, speaking to me in a language that I did not understand. I filed a restraining order on a stalker . Until they go to court , the “temporary restraining order” is nothing but “documentation” . They literally still stalked me after I got the temporary restraining order , I called the police and they said they can’t do anything bc it’s not valid until it’s a “restraining order” in place . Temporary is just documentation until they are served . I can’t serve them myself I have to see them n call the police, wait for them to come then they serve em. Or if the sheriff does it(the only other option) which they never even try tbh …. It’s a waste of time . Deadass . But just wanted to say nun will happen to u until you’re served nd go to court . Even then , you won’t be penalized for what you did , only what u do after you are served ! System don’t gaf about women safety nd that’s why ppl defend their self ! That’s all ima say .
