Do the rules say that when the sun starts to go down, the headlights must be flicked on? The reason why I asked that is because a black LMP2 car does not have it's headlights fully on.
The rules state that the headlights must be on at all times during the entire race. So wether it's daylight or dark, they have to be on. Usually when a headlight is out, race control will tell the team to fix it at the next pit stop. There are some exceptions though. Some cars like the 488 Ferrari's have extra spotlights in the front bumper. If one of those light is out, it's no problem, as long as the main headlights are on.
If I were the track marshalls I would be concerned about the fuel gauge in the safety cars at this point in the race I mean 3 safety cars within a 1-2 hour range.
Really. There is exactly one match-up for the race winners and LMP1 points champions, and we've got team orders to take even that away, just 6 hours in - prolly even before the race began. Really.

I reacted emotionally, and I'm really surprised that I said what I did in my last sentence. It was insensitive, and it appeared xenophobic. I like to let my stupid posts stand, but I am erasing that last sentence. I don't want to spread the wrong message. This is about a wonderful race, nothing else.

Was it the 3 or the 1 that had some problems with the nose bodywork immediately in the beginning of the 2018 24 hours of lemans?
That was the 1 car with Andre Lotterer at the wheel

Beena Plumber luckily, Toyota only do team orders after the last pit stop, which means we still get a race.

FCY are pointless sometimes especially in such a long track.
No there not if there is no fcy, how would the marshalls be safe on track to do there work.

FCY is way more logical than 3 Safety Cars.
