update: 500+ runs on this about 99%, fails once in a 100 maybe avg using exact comp with my runeset when defense breaks dont land in first phase b4 bale hit on top of bad rng no brand etc, using more premium options such as a 38% fire crit lead, + 50% fire atk(or 40% is fine) + 33% atk lead (25 %/ 28% may be fine as well 28% is what im using with light cannon girl i didnt build) atk lead seems to mitigate this problem because i noticed a lot of the edge fail cases ended with the boss having like 2-3% hp.. with this upgrade My bale hits around 50k ~ avg with brand and 39k no brand~ brandia has similar rune quality to bale, kro and ken also have decent fatal sets
side note: i dont have Fami but it might be good to replace 25% or 28% atk lead with 25% crit damage lead, cd might scale better imo
100% 140 runs + so far as of writing with this averages go from 29sec ~ 34sec per 10 run average. definitely a bit end game leaning~ but yeah u shouldnt be doing r5 if you dont have decent runes farmed up that need grinding anyway
Backstory: Prior to this strat, my runs have been around 98% with iunu and a similar setup, i would always fail to rng def break doesnt land for 1st round or 2nd round, or brand doesnt land for 1st round causing messup in team order, and iunu made runs a few secs slower ~
shizuka is actually insane & solved all the problems for me (must pull basically) for this strat and unfortunately (for those who haven't pulled her yet) much better than alternative branders like iunu because she does more than just branding, it reapplies debuffs and gives immunity to bale so worst case scenario bale can hit twice since he wont ever get slowed or oblivioned instead of worst case scenario for iunu no brand bale oblivion + resistance derp = wipe, iunu seems to make runs 98% for me shizuka is 100% + faster. Ofc if some1 has insane rage sets bale 65k+ this prob wont matter but at that point they should have shizuka (note: my bale does 46~ avg with last hit w/o brand maybe 36k? so in the worst case scenarios he needs to hit 2 times in the last cycle)

I have a similar r5 team except with iunu in middle team and fria on right team so you can replace fran with raoq (fria will complete heal and cleanse on death, so put her front line. This also means whole right team wont need will runes, but only she does for her passive.)
My hwa and shihwa are also runed up. Hwa provides more debuffs and atk bar manipulation in general, and does good damage.
Shihwa gives another chance to brand.
It slows it down by a second or 2 (im averaging 28-30 seconds.) But it makes runs close to 100% since you get a lot of branding chances, and more mons runed up in general so when things go wrong (missed defence breaks, brandia derp, and even Jamire derp - yes jamire has a small chance to not use s3), its still able to finish boss even with messed up order (happens once every like 50 runs)
Iunu is placed at back and moves before bale so he has chance to use s2. He is runed to survive first attack, but die on jump so he will always land brand in phase 2.
Shihwa moves last on left team to provide extra chance to brand in second phase if iunu misses. (On top of kros brand too, so brand is almost guaranteed)
Ken moves after loren and icaru to land s3 once def breaks r up. Bale and brandia move after his s3 or during.
Raoq moves after jump to reapply def breaks and debuffs.
Exact team is:
Left - jamire purian hwahee kro brandia shihwa
Mid - dagora khali jansen bale iunu colleen
Right - fria icaru raoq ken loren hwa

I know, you have several solo r5 videos but I am kinda confused which teams to build because several teams seem to work and some units are interchangable.
What I saw so far is that I can use my BJ5 team (with Iunu instead of Dagora) and an inugami team seems to work well.
What about the third team? An oldschool R5 team with cleansers, debuffs, etc.?
~30-40 sec runs on average would be perfectly fine by me. I just don't know what to build because many units seem to work.

I've tried these types of Balyger teams and never work so I just unrune him lol but I do have jamire, brandia and shizuka runed and maxed skilled

I recommend using the light janssen instead of janssen, he can move before shizuka even in the 1st turn since he have perfect AI like Purian if you have any derp with that

Hey I made this team but sometimes my shizuka uses s2 instead of s3. And sometimes when she uses s3 after the boss jumps she doesn’t brand him…. So confusing. Can anyone help

Honestly i recon the only replacement for shizuka is iunu for consistency but has to die on jump and will be a few secs slower maybe 31 secs or so

About the turn order, How about Janssen > Shuzuka? so Shuzuka don't use second skill?
a bit late but , after i tried the team , thats also what i think
but then i realize , shizuka is moving infront of janssen to provide debuff so the kro on left team will always use scar for more branding chance and more damage
@@nicolas4398 yea, so I did some tweak on my left team, I don't let sky dancer die, so one more chance for def break, so that Kro move after Shizuka.
But I think both order should work well 😀

@@nicolas4398 yea, but like this video explain, sometimes Shizuka can miss all DEBUFF, that lead to failed on my case, So I go slower, but ensure 100% win rate.
I have swapped some unit on my team to make sure DEF break.
My Hwa also go max level, so that I can have ATK bar push back.
But that means i have to rerune shizu because i have her on vio will for toa hell and bk team :/
I guess thats the main problem for all the shizuka owner

Other monster need it because need right turn order or use passive, example if collen don't use will and she get slow debuff maybe she will move after baleygr 😅

There is a problem with fire sky dancer - she doesn't have perfect AI, am I right? I tried this team and it works, thanks for that, but I noticed that hwahee tends to use first skill sometimes
Yes, hwahe doesn't have perfect ai, but i use her because she have 2/3 atk buff = 2/3 chance to use buff, instead fran or kahli she's much better, ot you have suggestion?
