- Ha! It is funny because the squirrel gets dead! I love Dug. And Kevin. It's a shame this set doesn't include Kevin but I fully intend to build her in the future. And there is a squirrel for Dug to chase. This set was an absolute delight to build, filled with colour and joy and Mr Fredericksen and Russel. The balloon component isn't realistically enough, but it's enough for a model. Plus who wants to build that many balloons?

LEGO may not included Ellie's chair but maybe they tried to make it up by including 3-4 pictures of her. 😌 But I'll be looking forward if you would add her chair and also Kevin!! 😍💯
This is THE set i got on release day, this movie is a big part of my childhood, and having a set of it as an adult is such a treat 🥰
It’s absolutely delightful. Not too big so not horribly expensive, but with meaningful details 😍

Did you know that the movie UP was based on a true story? The couple actually existed, but in real life the male died first. They lived in Seattle, and I often drive by where their house used to be. When you cross a certain bridge, you’ll see two huge buildings, but they aren’t touching… there’s a little space in between them that the UP house was in. Of course, in didn’t fly, but I don’t know whether or not a boy scout ever visited. I also don’t know if the house is still there of just the space, since the bridge you cross to see it is at a bad angle. 🏠
Once again....can't wait for u to work your magic by revamping this build by making it a tiny bit bigger so we CAN have it all.

I think it's cute but could've used just a touch more. We know lego likes to minimalize but disney loves the details.... lol I guess they compromised.

Sometimes I notice about this Lego set is that Carl’s jacket is dark brown, and his pants are light brown! In the movie, both his jacket, and his pants are dark brown!
I must admit I haven't watched the movie yet 🙈 but hearing your enthusiasm for it, I think I should watch it. It's interesting how the house is so colourful, yet it somehow goes together well. ~Wavey ;)

In the credits, I noticed a picture of them at the zoo with the other Wilderness Explorers! Carl was wearing the same outfit just like Russell, and the other Wilderness Explorers, and Dug wore an orange bandana! So I called them, The Wilderness Explorer Team!

I haven't finished watching the video yet but I believe that there probably won't be any space for a bathroom or even a kitchen. It was definitely designed to fit only the important details. Like usual.
