- Today let's revisit one of Novo Ecijano's most visited shopping malls here in the heart of the Tricycle Capital of the Philippines, Cabanatuan City. The shopping mall is popular for being budget-friendly as low as Divisoria Prices.
INFORMATION
NE Pacific Mall (Nueva Ecija Pacific Mall) is a shopping mall located along Maharlika Highway in Brgy. Hermogenes Concepcion, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija, Philippines. It was developed by Landco Pacific Corporation and was managed by the NE Group of Companies which also developed the Lakewood City Golf Course and Residential Complex.
In March 2014, Cosco Capital Inc. led by retailer Lucio Co acquired NE Pacific Mall to expand their presence in Nueva Ecija. It is the only Pacific Mall that was not sold to the Metro Gaisano group. Opened in April 1996, NE Pacific Mall has a total gross floor area of an estimated 41,750 m2 (449,400 sq ft). It features more than 400 shops and restaurants. Throughout its existence, the mall served as one of the primary shopping centers of Cabanatuan City and the entire province of Nueva Ecija.
The mall anchors NE Bakeshop and Restaurant and Puregold Store. The mall also features three cinemas, which include a large format theater capable of 3D movies. It has many local and international store brands and food restaurants, including McDonald's and KFC; and Filipino fast food chains, Jollibee, Chowking, Mang Inasal, and Goldilocks. Government agencies have also established their offices within the mall such as PhilHealth, Social Security System (SSS), and Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)
Robinsons Townville Cabanatuan is a shopping mall located on Maharlika Highway, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija, Philippines. The mall is owned by John Gokongwei, founder of JG Summit Holdings and Robinsons Land Co., it is the first Robinsons mall in the province. The mall was built beside NE Pacific Mall in 2007. The mall had its soft opening in November 2008 and its grand opening the next year.

Yes, you are right! Even after the pandemic, di padin nawawala yung mga lumang stores sa Pacific. We filmed this during Holy Saturday and we went here early., Noong palabas nadin kami ng mall, mas dumadami nadin mga shoppers sa mall..Pero hopefully ma renovate nadin nila yung mall 😀

Kahit ngayon din pinupuntahan padin si Pacific. Madami talaga mabibili dito ng murang damit located at their Cluster Shops Area 😀.

This is one of the oldest malls in Cabanatuan. It’s not the lagest mall in Cabanatuan City. SM City is the largest mall in Cabanatuan and in the entire Nueva Ecija.
Yes true. Pero ito kasi dati yung pinakamalaking mall sa buong Nueva Ecija bago magkaroon ng SM sa Cabanatuan City pero hopefully magkaroon pa ng ibang SM Malls sa nueva ecija tulad sa San Jose City or sa Gapan, may plano nadaw sila magtayo ng SM Mall 😀
