Hello Thanh! Press the minus and motion buttons simultaneously for 3-5 seconds. The mamaRoo will begin to move and will settle in the lower left corner of its rotation so that it can be packed into the box with its Styrofoam. Might be to late but after its disassembled there are 2 screws behind the strap on the arm. It separates the 2 plastic pieces and you can slide it off. We do this to put in the sink to let it soak and wash it. Hope it helps anyone
