i noticed when you select assets there is a 3d model of them before you place them into the mission. is this a mod? love the missions been watching them this whole winter break

@Xyrage is there a way to have the Scripts and Mods you are using for public use? I would love to make Zeus missions for my friends and since we are around 6 people we were thinking about running it on a g-portal server. But I have no idea how to set all this up. I am only familiar with being Zeus, not with setting up Zeus servers. Is there a Template we can download with all the scripts?
I don't use any scripts and the mods are available on the workshop!
As for a server, our community has a dedicated server hosted by a 3rd party. For your friends you could run it locally.
@@Xyrage Interesting. But hosting it locally would impact the perfomance a lot, wouldnt it? I dont think one PC can run 6 players... Are there any fundamental mods you COULDNT live without? We are playing with ACE and obviously Units/Weapons/Vehicle and Map mods, but thats just content. no quality of life and/or immersion.
Depends on your pc, internet speed and stability mainly. I'd recommend testing it. Setting up and updating a dedicated server can be complicated.

Most of the set dressing (objects) I prepare in Eden. All AI and vehicles I put down in zeus.
@@Xyrage Nice, do you import your maps with an SQF file?
You can build the entire mission in Eden and start it there. On our server we load up a template with the player slots and settings, then execute an sqf (through a module in zeus) to load in the objects.

Can you do Arma 3 Zeus on Ukraine defending Bakhmut? It would be interesting to see the player and friendly Ukraine troop defending the city from Russia assault on Bakhmut.
I try to stay away from recreating battles/situations from ongoing conflicts so specifically. However, I've been wanting to do an operation helping Ukrainians lately!
