A lot of Vietnamese babies are taught, from the time of birth, to use the bathroom on command. It could be a little whistle or humming that the mother does. The baby soon understands what to do. By the time the baby can walk, most of them are fully potty trained. I don't understand why people are so obsessed with toilets and where people go to the bathroom, I see it all of the time. It's so strange.
