I'm going to sound pessimistic, but anyway, I have seen so many of such videos through all the years and apps for this and that. There is a high chance that in one or two years you're going to release another video about why you ditched those apps for something else. I prefer to keep it simple. Pen & paper to jot down ideas on the go, Obsidian for digital notes that allows me to have markdown (plaintext) files that I own, a calendar, and that's enough. When I need AI support, I will use a specific app for that. But I'm glad that this setup is working for you. Cheers!
I'm also of the simplicity mindset but it's only 4 apps 1 is an upgraded internet browser 1 is effectively chat gpt. 1 is a calendar / task management 1 is obsidian So I don't see what's much different from your list. Pen and paper for task management doesn't work very well when tasks are not independent or your managing a team. I still use it for all my simple task though.
This is a Far faaar better video that properly explains the ways people organize their workflows or lives or whatever. No one was this clear, I really understand this very well.
Thanks for the suggestions ... already switching to Arc. Trying xTiles next. Yet another video that changes my life (your video on zettelkasten in Obsidian shifted how I use Obsidian a lot).
I am so glad I watched this video to the end. There was some monster gold nuggets in there before the video was over that I was not expecting. Some of the ChatGPT linking and quasi mind mapping was so so interesting and helpful
Oooooh you're reading GEB!! Can't wait to see what you think of it and what will be your take-away! I read it when I was at university, and you've made me want to read it again a few years later!
I would love to see you create a video on Heptabase and where that tool might actually fit in for somebody in their day-to-day lives. Personally I was a big obsidian fan at first but I found it overly complex and cumbersome after trying for an extended period of time to get it to work for me. I now use Heptabase. I know there are so many apps and so many personal preferences on how they work and where they fit. Would love to hear your opinion
1:39 ADHD triggered - that moving circle contour distracts me and I don't know my brain want to focus there. Am I alone in this? 🙂 _P.S.: Great tutorial with lots of info._
2:00 It's not a personality flaw :) Some people see the crowd and think "they must have figured it out", but others think "they chose the easy way". Challenge tradition with suspicion, without fooling yourself with either one.
I'd have to disagree. As someone who's spent a lot of time perfecting my Google fu to the point of even learning a little seo. Ai like chatgpt or mistral can scrape relevant information faster and more efficiently. Maybe researching tools is a more accurate description.
@HighlyTheoretical no, no it actually can not. If you know how to use "Google fu" like you say, then you can find it faster and because you did find the way to find it you learned. You're not learning with ai. Because you won't remember it. You'll just ask it again. P.s. anyone who says "google fu" actually does not know how to use Google efficiently
@@summoner2100 I could say advanced search queries if you prefer. I don't know how you do research but searching, opening 20 tabs, and skimming through them manually is a lot slower than a bot doing it. You could write a program in python to scrape & collect data but ai can do it smarter.

Couldn't agree more
to sum up, she's a youtube contents creator

Obsidian for Thinking, Miro for Concepts, ClickUp for OKR and Project Management
Miro is awesome
As expected, another Quality video ❤
Glad you liked this :) thanks for watching!
What part of you mind needs organizing? And which apps do you like to use?
Try xTiles for FREE 👉 xtiles.app/en?fp_ref=vicky48
I probably will, thanks!

Wondering what happens to an Easel created in Arc? Can you export it into Ovsidian?

I heard that reference to NewJeans!!! Worlds colliding :)
Hehe :) so happy when worlds collide!!!
Hi, do you think it would work well in windows? I love Mac but currently I don't use it :(
Great content

There's no such thing as an "ai learning tool".. you're not learning with ai, you're just asking the ai to do it for you. Useless.

You haven't use Google search don't you?
Wrong. You can ask it to show you how to do things and it will guide you step by step.
