I tried to do calming meditation, it worked for a while but my heart started racing again. I thought, well maybe some music will help, this song pops into my head and I immediately turn it on. The second I turned it on my anxiety was gone, my heart stopped racing and I was calm. I’m so thankful for music, even though I’m still struggling with pain and anxiety, it’s always there to comfort me

A lot says why its not recognized, well honestly i dont want to! I want to keep it this way, not a street songs and suddenly turns out an average song. So please KEEP IT THIS WAY!
