I personally think blood scythe should have a unique passive, like doing more dmg the lower the target's health, or healing for a percentage of dmg dealt... Considering how cool the model is and how annoying it is to obtain, I was expecting at least a bit more. Especially considering the weapons we've received more recently weren't so...bland.
@@9knz90i think jester is still slightly better cause it has quicker windup and a move with mobility. It’s E can also be true if you use other moves such as light flight
