Coach Nua from Michigan will have tremendous influence on this new defense, his style of smash mouth grind em down pounding football has been missing for several years on our defensive side.
Tabaracci is a great athlete. After spring ball he realized he probably wouldn't get much playing time and is probably 7th at best in the depth chart at linebacker and around 5th at tight end with Utah having more talented players in the 23 class that will be coming in. USC did get a great football player with Tabaracci. With high 4 star Calvert brothers , Barton, Diabate, Medlock, Fury, Reid, and another 4 star that escapes me out of Hawaii. Smart move by Tabaracci and I don't blame the kid.
@@diggingmystyle Utah has 2 freshman who are .97 4 star recruits. A .94 rated transfer and another sophomore who is a. 94. Not to mention 2 sophomores who had time on the field. That's the linebacker position, running back room is another spot he is behind in. His best chance was tight end and he would have to wait at least a year to have an opportunity. Problem with that is there are 2 tight ends on the bench ahead of him with 1 .93 coming next year with the possibility of a. 97 tight end listing Utah as a destination. Tight end, running back, and linebacker is where Utah has their highest talent and depth. It's very hard for a high 3 star to get time at those positions now. The fact he transferred after spring ball let's you know and I don't blame the kid.
@@larrypilgrim12 I don't know if Dart will be a good QB or not but he saw the writing on the wall when Caleb was coming. There was zero chance he was going to play at SC and he bolted. If he can't even crack the 2-deep at Utah, how do you think he'll make a difference at a blue blood like SC?
@@diggingmystyle not sure he will. He is a park city kid so there's that. And the term blue blood was kind of funny! Your past doesn't dictate the present or future. Usc is in a prime location in a major metropolitan area. With those advantages comes cultural disadvantages. Distractions, primadonna, and a fareweather fan base is how I see Usc. West coast Texas without loyal fans. And I agree, dart saw the writing on the wall, just like tabarraci which was my point. USC does have fewer highly rated linebackers who are underclassmen. So his odds are better of getting on the field at usc than Utah.
@Goatbe Bryant blOregon and notre Shame are twins in CFB, they always have greats seasons but always choke in the end. Can't close the Big Games ! LOL !
The defense can't be any worse than last year. It's only up from here. Fight on! ✌
Amen that’s exactly right. LR has changed this program around in a matter of 7 months. It’s remarkable what’s changed already. We will be just fine.
Definitely !
Bingo! You didn’t have that word in the comments so thought I’d give it to you
The quality of the D-line is the weak link. USC can add all the D-line from the portal but the quality has to be there. Fight On ✌️
True, Helton seemed to have all three stars, and not much you can do there.

I don't believe our secondary is that bad, we actually got some ballers at cornerback & safety but the weak link is defensive line depth not starters
@@hotcarl3854 he's playing safety now n doing pretty good

Yeah...he's a great athlete yet won't get playing time at a program like Utah 😁😁😁

@@diggingmystyle why did jaxson dart transfer? He must not be a good qb?

At this point it’s all speculation! The truth will come on the field in real time! Thank goodness the last year coaching staff is gone.
Freshman All American LB Eric Gentry. 👀✌️
I wish you guys can get them microphone levels right. This seems a little ametureish.
Usc crushing a lot.
I think the defense will be a leagues better than last year
mic levels are way off! Your guest was much louder than you
You also need a good "locker room ".
This is all well and good, but it ain’t that easy to blend a team.
Anyway, Riley never won a Natty so until he does, he’s not much.
You will find out Grinch is overrated!
and you will find out BV is not a good HC

😂🤣...you think I would listen to Stanford's coach about SC's defense??? That dude Matt Zemek is weird...
USC could be the team to beat, but they are lucky they don't play Oregon.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
126 years of football 0 Natty's
blOregon that juco up north that coaches transition from to go to division 1 top tier programs in Florida ?
