100% agree with you, don’t ignore the signs your body is sending out. The day after Thanksgiving I had the worst abdominal pain I’d ever gotten. Felt like someone was constantly kicking me in the gut. Went to the ER and it turned out to be a gallstone attack. Fast forward a couple days and I’ve had to completely change my diet and might have to go in for surgery right before Christmas. With that said, hope everything turns out for the best in regards to your throat. Hope you have a merry Christmas and top tier video as always.
If your gallbladder is not "dead" (blackened, dead) but just full of stones, push for a stone breaking procedure instead of full removal. I'd only do the removal if it's dead. I had mine out over 10yrs and it wreaked my system for years afterwards. Surgeons always just will push for removing it as it benefits themselves moreso (money/practice), than the patient. Mine was functional but just full of stones, and if I'd kept it and done just the stone breaking instead of listening to the surgeon, than I'd be in a much better place health wise. My sister and mom had dead gallbladders, so removal was good for them.

7-Eleven really does have a solid selection of tasty sandwiches. I kinda regret not trying more of them now (especially that chicken, egg, and chilli sauce one you said is your fave). But, to be honest, my favorite sandwiches were all from NewDays - deli style with sourdough/brown/rye bread and tonnes of filling. Yum! Get well soon, Reina!
Ah, for a sec when I saw the variety of sandwiches I thought the blueberry one was no longer offered - always went with those ones when I went to the conbini in Japan for sandwiches, but admittedly should probably go for some more variety next time I go over there. Well, I have a new goal in life, go to Japan and eat all the convenience store sandwiches! That shrimp and broccoli salad one has me super intrigued. I absolutely love sandwiches, so trying some new ones would be fantastic.

Your voice is pretty cool this way as well, you should try a NJ Taylor ham and cheese on a butter roll with salt and pepper. It was sooo good and will take care of that cyst. feel better

If you want to pronounce prosciutto in italian, it would be pro-shu-tto with two short o's and a short pause before the t like the z in pizza. Pronounce it however you want though, no one will ever mind 😁

I hope that you will be alright and recover quickly. Salt in warm water :) if you try gurgling 3 times at night will help calm a sore throat. I also normally recommend honey lemon tea for a sore throat. Since yours is not a sore throat, The doctor will know best. I read a lot of home remedies Hopefully that helps. Those sandwiches look interesting 👩🏻
I wish we had these kind of 7-11’s in the US or at least some chain of Japanese convenience stores that sold these types of tasty things- would be SUPER popular for sure !

Feels like the most vanilla choice but I absolutely adore the chicken cutlet sandwich. 😂. Cheap and filling but probably not the healthiest thing to be eating. After getting back from Japan last year I started making my own to fill the void.
Not on the same level as the conbini sandwiches, but our very first hour in Japan the first time we visited (been there twice now), we were going to catch a train from the airport, and passed a vending machine. I was exhausted from the trip, so a coffee drink sounded perfect. I figured it would be a cold coffee drink. So my husband was so confused when I grabbed the drink and looked so surprised. I just handed the drink to him, and he was as surprised as I was. It was hot!!! They had hot drinks in the vending machine!!! I was pretty much sold on Japan immediately after that, haha! Also the egg and chicken katsu is the best. I wish we had those sandwiches in our 7 elevens in the states!! Most disappointing things about going home!
Do you have acid reflux? Even mildly? I noticed I randomly lost my voice a few years ago and couldn’t figure out why. Wasn’t sick. Hadn’t been yelling or talking too much. Figured out acid reflux in my sleep was causing it.

Make sure to take care of yourself, a cyst is nothing to ignore especially when it is in something like the vocal cord because it could infect the entire throat, get well and take a break if need be we need you back with the at times high pitched enjoyment sounds when you find some cute Pikachu some good snack.

The best sandwich I had from a Japanese 7-Eleven was the chicken and egg salad with teriyaki sauce, and the egg salad included slices of boiled eggs.
