which is the other which u are saying
and osmotic pressure is zero in case of pure water without solutes
and in this case osmotic potential is equal to osmotic pressure

Sir I have a doubt. If there is 50 ml of solute and 50 ml of pure water then will the solute potential be equal to water potential ?

No it can't be equal because in solute medium the potential drops.

But we learnes that the stomata opens at day and closes at night...

Some special plants ke stomata din mein close rehta hai aur raat mein khul jata hai for example desert plant . These plants do not open their stomata during day time to avoid loss of transpirtation in areas of high temperature.
One more point in last comment to be added
Actually stomata opening is also depended on current water stat of plant .
