Deduce the order of reaction with respect to A and the order of reaction with respect to B|A Level

I have a question sir if we want nitrate ions for their reduction in experimental work from which compound or chemical we can get these ions????????????

@@chemistrybysaadanwar sir if we do ionization of either sodium nitrate or silver nitrate in water at room temperature, we will get nitrate ions . But then how could we extract just nitrate ions from this????
