As always Ajahn Sumedho nails the essence of the practice. With so many of these movies the sound is terrible, but here the sound is really good -- thanks to whoever set it up for taking the trouble to get good sound. Any idiot can point a camera, but not everyone with a good camera gets good sound. Ajahn Sumedho is a continual inspiration and source of wisdom.
