    Note 10 and 10+ both have same processor, same speed and memory....
    well,I don't like that much because I think 128 GB is way too much for me.....so 256 is I think much more enough.....
    About 1440 or 1080....
    It doesn't matter.....
    as a 6.3 inch display.....the 1080p is suitable for that.....and As it's a lil bit small....we can easily carry it and there are very few chances that it will drop from hand because of it's size......
    Note 10+ has some extra feature and yes it have a larger battery..... but if you see the other videos in TH-cam about the Charging test and the battery drain test....the Note 10 is not far behind the note 10 plus....note 10 almost catches note 10 plus in battery.....
    yes you can get extra fitures by paying more 150-250 Dollars but I think it's easy to say in your country.....
    But if you see in Gulf countries,India,Bangladesh pakistan.....things are not like that....
    Here Note 10+ is expensive as F
    Galaxy fold.....
    So I think Note 10 is good if Budget is tight....
    It's not a bad phone at all....
    I can say value for money.....

      Loving the Note 10, perfect size. Great size in the pockets as well. Battery was shite in the first week, after that i started getting more than a day easy! I use smarthphones a lot, webrowsing, social media apps et c. At night i have 30-40% battery left.
      I had the P20 before this phone ( Not the pro model ) Which also had more than a days battery life. The Note 10 feels amazing in the hands, sucks that i have to protect it in a case :( ..
      the 8GB of ram is MORE than enough. P20 had 4GB.. I don't mind future proofing, i always swap my device out every 2 years. 128GB on my P20 was never reached, so 256GB is huge extra space i probably never fill up..

    Watching this on my Galaxy Note10+ and I'm glad I took it despite of me having to add a bit more when Samsung decided to just replace my defective Note9 instead of repairing it under warranty due to its faulty rear fingerprint sensor & repetitive overly green screen issue. I love my Galaxy Note10+ because it's doubled up everything in terms of specs of the Note9 especially with the base storage & RAM from Note9's 128GB/6GB to Note10+ 256GB/12GB. Sure they killed the headphone jack on this one but I am part of those who couldn't care less cuz I don't even use it anyway.
    Overall this phone is such a beast of a phone even after one year which for me makes Note20 Ultra a lame upgrade cuz the Note20 Ultra that was released here in the Philippines is a non-5G & with only 8GB of RAM instead of the 12GB on Note20 Ultra 5G Snapdragon 865 which is sold in most parts of the world. The only compelling thing that makes Note20 Ultra better than Note10+ is the 120Hz screen which is not even adaptive compare to S21 Ultra and such a waste of battery. Had they add 12GB RAM on Note20 Ultra (even non-5G, Exynos), made the black variant matte glass just like on S21 Ultra and made the refresh rate adaptive instead of just working in FHD+ I would've upgraded to it from my Note10+ but they didn't so I stayed with my Note10+ which is basically 90-95% similar to Note20 Ultra in all regards. And I'm 111% certain that majority of people who are Galaxy Note users would agree with my predicaments here.
    BTW this video is one of the best reviews of the Galaxy Note10+ I've watched so far! So kudos to Wade and his ability to deliver balance insights and not be bias unlike other TH-cam Tech Reviewers.

    i bought the note 10, because was 160 dollars cheaper, plus the note 10 here comes in a bundle with the samsung galaxy earbuds (costs 200 dollars if you bought them separetly) and a case included, that was the main reason i get it. So was a pretty cool combo, the note 10+ was only the phone.

    There was a reason for 1080p on the smaller Note10. If it was at 1440p, with the smaller screen, the pixel density would be higher on the Note10 than the Note10 plus. That would have made it difficult for the bigger model to look better in every way. Btw, I got the Note10 plus......of course!! Excellent video! 👍👍👍

    • @brianmsahin
      @brianmsahin 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@joaoroman9583 Yes, that's exactly right Joao. I think that they wanted a bigger distinction between the two Notes. Traditionally on the S10 devices they've always had better ppi on the smaller model, not that our human eye would see the difference between two WQHD screens. Of course the cheaper S10e has a 1080p screen. I think Samsung would have been more accurate to call the smaller Note the Note10e. Because for me, that's what it is. It should also have been $100-150 cheaper. $950 for a phone with a 1080p screen is just too much. The small 1080p screen on the Note10 is a, nice screen but definitely doesn't look better.

    Hi,
    First thank you for the review!
    I personally disagree with some points.
    -It's mentioned the Note 10 does not have an SD card slot, I feel 256GB should be sufficient for most people, for them to provide 256GBs as the 'entry' model instead of cheaping out with a 128GB storage I commend.
    -The Note 10+ Dark Blue exclusive, sure If you really like the blue.
    -The resolution differences between the two models, a valid point however the 1080p resolution is very very sufficient in my experience and difference discernible only when the two models are kept side by side, thats how 'enough' a 1080p resolution is for that display size.
    -The RAM, as you correctly say most people will not realise the +4GB on the bigger model. 8 GB in my opinion is fairly future proof, besides people tend to switch phones out every 2-3 years.
    -Battery, I completely agree with you on this. I would have liked a bigger battery on the Note 10, perhaps they ran out of room? unsure..
    .
    -On the separately sold 45W charger support on the Note 10+, going by youtube video comparisons between the shipped charger and this 'faster' charger it seems to be fairly minimal at best.
    -Camera, depth sensor module missing. Fair enough if you really love your bokeh shots.
    I feel Samsung has done a fantastic job on the Note 10, they decided to retain most of what people would hate to have compromised on.
    Additionally, to make it more attractive to an audience which may have felt intimidated by the larger phone size of the original Note series I think they have struck the perfect balance.

    • @whoisiris
      @whoisiris 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I was concerned about the battery too
      But i've seen alot of battery tests and diffrence is about 1hour difference(if the note 10 plus last 12hours the note 10 will last 11hours) even though 1hour maybe something, I think it's still an alright phone.

However, I am going to return it and purchase the Note 10 plus because I also don't like the camera. I believe my Note 9 was better. The only problem is I dropped my 9 a lot because of the size, and this Note 10 fits so much better in my hand. It is truly so much more comfortable it kills me to have to go back up in size. Imo, the Note 10 leaves out _too much_ for the price difference. E.g. The lack of a microSD card slot is a *major* oversite on a _Note_ device. 🤦‍♂️ Furthermore, the battery life (according to multiple professional and user reviews, including this one) is actually _worse_ on the Note 10 in spite of having a *smaller screen* at a far *_lower_** resoloution* - colour me confused. 🤷‍♂️
    If they made the price of the "base" Note 10 similar to, or slightly lower than a new Note 9 at the time, it would have been a far more compelling product. If you want a "proper" Note, bite the bullet and get the Note 10+, or get the better-value Note 9 if a headphone jack is a dealbreaking feature for you. The latter is still fast, still has decent battery life and still takes great photos. Just avoid the plain 10 and you won't regret it! 👍

I like to operate my phone with 1 hand, and piss on the 1 hand mode that makes the screen tiny. My s8 has a bad battery too, and to save battery life, I've been using the 1080p resolution instead of the QHD it is capable of. I'm a resolution/high hz snob on PC but on a phone I have to look hard to see that resolution difference. The depth sensor is meh to me, and the storage is eh. I don't use my phone for a lot of shit other than browsing/pictures occasionally. 256GB should be plenty for most, especially since cloud storage is a thing, or even backup to your PC. I think you'd drop the 10+ before you dropped the smaller one too.

    When I first saw the Note10 (the small one not the plus one) I said it's a total piece of NON-SENSE for someone like me who has been using a Note phone for quite a while now. For its price Note10 doesn't deserve the asking price of $950
    (in the Philippines it's ₱54,000 ≈ US$1080) becausr the only thing it has upgraded from its predecessor Note9 is camera as they added a 3rd camera at the back but if only Note9 ditched the telephoto for wide angle it would've been a hard-sell for Note10,
    frontal (Infinity O display which I'm not a big fan of cuz I am still into the bezels of the Note8/Note9 that I used to have but would definitely choose it over a forehead notch and rear design, a bit of RAM and double the internal storage. In exchange they removed the headphone jack (which I already came to terms with) and external storage expandability via microSD and the downgrade in the screen resolution which for me doesn't make any sense if you're paying for a flagship phone whose asking price is like that. So majority of this video is agreeable in a sense that I am a Note10+ user myself and I do believe that upgrades should always be moving forward with little to no compromise like the Note10+ whose for me the real compromise is having the headphone jack removed albeit the iris scanner which for me is very convenient especially if my fingers are too wet or too dry for a fingerprint scan. #ProudGalaxyNote10PlusUserHere. Thanks for uploading this in depth review making people understand that Note10+ is the ONLY REAL UPGRADE and the only phone worth spending money for especially with that kind of price tag.

    I got the note 10+. Mainly because I wanted the larger battery. Battery life is #1 on my needs. The additional ram was also a big selling point. With larger storage. Makes this phone much more future proof than the regular note 10.
    The larger phone screen makes writing a much more pleasant experience. But I don't use the pen as much as I would.
    This phone is too big for me. Even without a case. Typing on landscape is awful. One handed typing is non existent even with swyping. The screen real estate is nice and watching media is awesome. I can't tell the difference between 1080 and 4k resolution. It's very miniscule.
    Having said all that, I wish I got an s20+ instead.

    I just don't like that huge size, the Note 10 was a perfect size. In my country ( South Africa ) the s10+ was the same price.

    The only point of existence of the Note10 and even the Note20 being there is to justify the high price tag of the Note10+ but here in the Philippines Note10 didn't sell well as the Note10+ and even outsold by the Note10 Lite. Cuz there's nothing special about the regular Note10 that the Lite can't actually do apart from a 256GB non expandable which is justified by Note10 Lite's storage expansion support despite of having just 128GB Internal Storage and having wireless and reverse wireless charging which some people stilk don't care about much.
    And obviously Note10+ has a lot of things backing it for it to be the real competitive flagship at the time of release. And I will forever be grateful and appreciative of the fact that I went with Note10+ rather than the small regular Note10 as my defective Note9's replacement.

    A Clear Decision!!! Note 10 is better. Let's see why. 8 GB of memory is not a drawback. People have 8 GB in their computers, rarely anyone has 16 GB, and now it's a little 8 GB in phone. Funny. The screen resolution is not a flaw, many people do not even have monitors with such a resolution and now 2k is not enough for a phone ?! hahah. No memory card, strong thing. It has long been known that memory cards are prone to failure. It is much better and more reliable to have your memory soldered to the motherboard. Well, Apple realized that a long time ago. Dimensions. When you sit down, it won't hurt you in jeans like the Note 10+. Weak battery. Let's see. Who else will look at the screen from morning to night without stopping. Is that normal? Charger "only" 25w. You're kidding. You put it to charge in the evening and it doesn't matter if it's 25 watts or 150 watts. It will be charged in the morning. And of course, the price. Note 10 is much cheaper. I won't even comment on other little things ...

    • @brianmsahin
      @brianmsahin 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      That's not the case actually. The Note10 plus is actually faster than OnePlus and the Huawei. Even the UFS 3.0 on both of the Notes is actually faster than on the OnePlus and the Huawei. Here you go. If you're talking about useless benchmarks, everyone knows they mean very little. A few milliseconds either way will not be noticed. What will be noticed is how many apps will stay open for you. Check how the Note10 plus with its 12gb does. Anyway here's a video about the speed, camera and charging with stats to back it up. th-cam.com/video/yY7fEG7zcps/w-d-xo.html

    • @brianmsahin
      @brianmsahin 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@TechDaily There's no reason because it's not true. Check out the TechTalkTV video here, not just talk but backed up by stats. Camera is better, charging speed is better, and speed is better than both Huawei and OnePlus phones. We should remember that both of those phones are using Samsungs UFS 3.0 chips so it's probably always going to be faster on a Samsung device.

    I agree 100%, they took the better resolution screening yet they're still charging a premium for the regular note 10 yet it doesn't have the expandable storage it doesn't have a headphone jack it has a lower resolution screen. If they still charge over $1,000 for it. I had a 1080 screen on my note 3 pretty disappointing Samsung. No phone is worth $1,300 let alone $2,000.Samsung keeps making the wrong decisions and fucking over their fan base. If I wanted to get fucked I would have bought an apple iphone
