    To mark the 50th anniversary of the BMW M brand, the German automaker will not only introduce a series of limited edition models, but also a new roundel inspired by the classic “BMW Motorsport” logo. Our article from yesterdayfocused exclusively on the European market, but as always, the U.S. customers will have a different choice. According to BMW of North America, all the BMW M models (M3, M4, X3 M, X4 M, X5 M and X6 M), with a production date from March 2022, will have their vehicle’s front, rear and wheel hubs adorned with by this classic roundel logo.

    A simple but effective video.
    The ones removed are not the originals tho.

    i bought one with LED on it... i not sure if i kept the led or cut the cable... the caps i bought had a internal energy generator for the leds and i saw the power cable between it looks nice because of stable logo, but the LED confuses me, is cool or too much? well for now i will kept on hahaha

    • @FLOORitofficial

      Diameter: 65 mm for alloy wheels with a pitch circle diameter of 120 mm which are a majority of standard OEM wheels. I don’t have the exact part number to hand but if you google ‘bmw floating centre caps’ there is only 1 option 😁

    • @DariusBuildz
      @DariusBuildz 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@FLOORitofficial thank you! But it’s two options to choose from. And when I measure mine it comes out to 68mm, but I wanted to make sure that they fit before I spend $100 on some potential paperweights 😬

    • @FLOORitofficial
      @FLOORitofficial  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      If you go here you can put in your VIN to make sure they are right but from what I heard they are almost completely universal on standard wheels (custom unsure on) 😁 shop.bmw.co.uk/bmw-uk/en_GB/p/genuine-bmw-accessories/gifts/bmw-floating-hub-cap/PID_616785/

      @@FLOORitofficial I have the style 95 wheels off of a 7 series. Ive seen people with the floating caps in them, but they never respond on which ones they have. idk if the 65mm ones will fit. the Style 95's are 68mm, hence my comment above.

    I have a 2002 330ci and I can't put the floating cap on my front wheels because there's a metal piece inside that takes the space of the float behind the custom center cap.🤬.......but I got em on the back tho.

    Older video but wow, no wonder those wheels are all scratched up around the caps. Next time take them off the correct way by removing the wheels and push them out from the back. Granted those wheels are curbed to hell anyways so not like it really matters.
