How did they forget their IDs? Passports are essential; or 16 and older Birth Certificate and government issued ID, under 16 just a birth certificate. My family has passports just to make it easier. Hope y’all reschedule.
We asked ourselves the same question! With the influx of applications, the passport process is currently delayed, so those who didn't have one yet relied on birth certificates and IDs. Unfortunately, one person forgot their birth certificate. Thank you for the well wishes, we're looking to reschedule for the fall! xx
