"Bandyta" is not "tired". Bandyta means criminal, song is mainly about elderly people calling Sobel a criminal just because he`s got many tattoos even on his face. So he shows that he`s normal guy who play games, has social life and likes going to parties.
Sobel says in this song that despite what they say about him, he's not a thug. Are you a bandit when you play games, get tattoos or have fun at parties I think he wanted to show us that having fun is not a crime

So Sobel offers him money and then grandma yells "bandit" and they decide that the policeman will take her to the police. The moral of this is that not everyone with face tattoos is a bandit.
