Thank you for the webinar, my key take away was that, we must address what is being asked, who is the audience, we cannot give similar answers to a COO and CFO because someone might not have accounting knowledge, we need to understand that we are responsing to our colleagues

As a first time APC candidate, I felt very anxious when I saw the APC stats. My key take aways would be printing out the pre-release information for every day and making sure to maintain boundaries. I was all about creating boundaries but I never thought of maintaining them which is harder than creating them. This video was helpful as I missed the webinar due to work commitments and I appreciate the summary of the webinar😊
