This is AWESOME! My nailer crapped out on me in the middle of a project yesterday. Now if I only didn't have to wait for parts! Fortunately dad taught me how to drive 8 penny nails with a hammer.
THIS HELPED ME TREMENDOUSLY!!! THANK YOU. WHEN I REBUILT MY FR350 TYPE 2 FRAMING NAILER I WATCHED YOUR VIDEO ON DISASSEMBLY. INSTEAD OF WATCHING REASSEMBLY I WENT AHEAD AND DID IT ON MY OWN. WHEN I TRIED THE GUN AIR WAS COMING OUT THE NOSE. TOOK APART WATCHING YOUR VIDEO AGAIN AND THEN REASSEMBLED WATCHING YOUR VIDEO. IT WAS THEN I SAW I HAD PUT ONE PART IN UPSIDE DOWN SO THE THE O RING WAS NOT SEALING THE AIR OFF. AFTER ASSEMBLING I CONNECTED IT TO MY COMPRESSOR AND ALL WAS PERFECT. THANK YOU--THANK YOU--THANK YOU!!!!
This is for you mark I super appreciate your instructions on how to rebuild my air nail gun everything that you said on your video you were very clear on how to disassemble and reassemble and I appreciate that very well thank you sure
Hey Mark, Nice video, thank you. I broke my gun accidentally using too high PSI. The piston doesn't retract now and I weighed the cost of authorized repair verses replace. Thanks to your vid it looks like something I will do myself. Not sure what parts I will need but at least I can get the gun apart and back together. Thanks again.
Excellent video! Maybe one of the best I have seen among millions on TH-cam. You might have mentioned the various PC models that you sell these kits for, but other than that it was outstanding!
Very Helpful, thanks for being thorough. I've a Rigid R350CHE needs a rebuild, so hoping it's pretty similar. Just finding a Rebuild Kit has been difficult. I see the parts many places, just not the Kit yet.
This video was well done and helpful but my gun is a little different and I can get the head assembly to come apart. I believe there may be a type A and type B gun and I was wondering if you have a video for my gun which is a FC350A. Thanks
Thanks Mark! Great video. M y Porter Cable 16GA finish nailer driver doesn't fire more than one nail, then I have to open the front and push the driver back up and then it will do the same thing. I thought maybe the driver rod was broken or detached, but following your video, I took the top off and the driver was fine. I looked at the spring in the top and the white plastic cup was broken. Can this be purchased for a replacement?
this video is great i have 2 framing nailers and 3 finish nailers down because air is escaping ant to get them fix here cost me as much to purchase them in the USA thats what i did but now i can buy this kit and fix them, i though it was like brain surgery to fix because of the price . thanks alot
I have a BN125A that I just purchased a new head cap for because that was the only way to get the deflector, which is no longer available by itself. My problem is I don't know how to remove the old head valve seal and spring in order to put it on the new cap. Is there a procedure for this or another video? Thanks.
I have a Porta Cable FR350A that I need to find the overhaul kit for. Which overhaul kit do I need to purchase. I need to replace the parts in the top for air leak. I've seen numerous kits but not sure of which one I need. Can you help? Thanks.
Hi, I have a 15 gauge porter cable trim nailer , when I use it the driver come down but it want go back up into the gun to shoot another nail. will this kit help with the problem I'm having??DA250A.
+Stan Wilson As the seals and o-rings age and wear, the driver will retract less and less. The overhaul kit is part number 90387 and is still available. What I think you really need is the Driver Maint kit part number 903765. This kit is no longer offered by the manufacturer and I'm not seeing any replacement for it. The Driver is obsolete as well but we still have 1 in stock.
Hi I have a 18 gauge porter cable trim nailer, recently when I hook up to my air compresser it shoots out air from the top of the gun... will this kit help with the problem I'm having??

The kit is the best way to help with this issue. O-rings tend to harden or break overtime thus they leak.
This Video was exactly what I needed Thank You!
