Always before cooking cauliflower steam it for 3 to 4 minutes it removed all the pesticides and harmful chemicals added .Don't u know that.U didn't even wash the cauliflower as well as potatoes.

I also have indus valley cast iron pan and tawa but I find it very difficult to use. The issues I am facing in compare to my normal iron cookware is food takes too much time to cook, cheela Or paratha never comes out cruncy as well either the pan gets hot Or if I reduce the flame it take ages to cook. Please suggest how you manage as I really not liking these cast iron cookware after spending so much
