I believe showing results in water is relative, each individual fisherman has different types of hooks, baits and pop-ups. It should be tested always before casting it and adapted as needed.
Basically it's ground bait made out of fishmeal and hemoglobin dust(that's why it's dark color) and it's compressed with a fish feed machine with really high pressure. Fish feed pellet machines go from 8tons to 1000tons of pressure. The higher the pressure, the more the pellet will last in water. There are all kinds of flavors and several sizes from 2mm to 30mm in diameter on the market these days. I hope this answers your question. 😉

What are the fishing regulations in my state or country?
Depends where you live, most countries have a 1hook/rod and maximum 3 rods. Some countries like Hungary, it's allowed only 2 rods.
