Flash won't do it, Black Flash already did it in Legend of tomorrow season 2, yet he reappear later in season 5 and 6 of the flash, thanks to his negative speed force. You simply can't "kill" a living paradox. And that, fast as hell...

In my opinion if there are three actors who should get portrayals carried over into the DCEU, Tom Cavanaugh as Eobard Thawne, Dominic Purcell as Mick Rory, and Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen.
His story is kind of tragic. He just wanted to be like his idol, but the experiment only half worked. He became the opposite of the one he wanted to become. Everything else is a fit of rage, trying to kill and torture his past idol.
