    Today was my first time making palusami another easy one but a few things to remember (for beginners)
    1) if you have thick(big) leaves like mine....you must cook it longer meaning 1 hour plus...so you cook it down well so it doesn’t itch your throat. OR you trim your leaves down, and still cook for an hour plus.
    2) and Fill the crap out of your palusami...I didn’t put enough meat in mine 🤦🏽‍♀️ was yummy but you were digging around for that meat 🤣🤣🤣
    All in all, I can’t wait to perfect these little packets of deliciousness.
    And those that don’t know what Palusami is...it’s canned mutton or in this case I used canned corn beef mixed with yumminess and wrap with a taro leaf...it’s a islander dish, from Fiji to Samoa Hawai’i etc. enjoy!!!
