The most fun power struggle build I've used is Power Struggle Flip Flop Smash Hit Parental Guidance When you hit the killer with Power Struggle you get a speed boost from Smash Hit and Parental Guidance gets rid of your scratch marks for the speed so it's really fun
I used this build a lot for fun a few months ago, and my friend who is pretty new into the game somehow mixed up the name power struggle for nickelback and he asked me "what is that perk, nickelback?" and now this build is forever cemented as the nickelback build in our friend group
I once got three uses against a Wraith on Grim Pantry. He fell for the two pallets at the bottom of the pantry because they're hard to see when turning the corners they sit at. Third time he walked right into one of the ones at the top of the pantry next to the barrels. I think he gave up after that. Best part is brought Enduring/Spirit Fury/Hubris.

There are two cues that inform you that a survivor has power struggle. One, you get stunned and no other survivor is near, second you get a notification on the right side of the screen. How do killers just ignore that? I would either pick up right away or leave them there.
